Thank you for your interest in our summer garden camp.
The registration process for the Little Sprouts Summer Garden Camp has three steps to it.
- Download the registration files. All of the required registration documents are included in this zipped packet. Unzip/extract the folder’s contents.
- Fill out the pdf files. The files can be filled out using Adobe Acrobat reader or they can be printed out and filled in manually. Each camper must have a copy of the camp registration file submitted for them. In addition, each account holder (which is to say the parent or guardian of the camper(s) being registered) must return a signed and dated copy of both the food allergy policy and likeness use policy documents.
If you have configured use of an email client within Acrobat, you can use the “submit” button to send the information to us. If not, you can save the document and email the info to us as an attachment (to events@siliconvalleyseeds.org) or print the document and send the physical copy to us.
- Send or drop off a check to cover the camp fee. Checks should be made payable to Silicon Valley Seeds in an amount appropriate to cover the camper(s) being registered. Please be sure to include the name(s) of the campers in the memo field of the check.
You will receive an email confirmation of completed registration once all three of these steps have been completed.
